LG Bluetooth Headset

I have tried many different types of Bluetooth headsets from different types of manufacturers and found that LG Bluetooth Headset is perhaps the best of them all. My prior experiences have been horrendous as I was never able to connect without static issues or connection problems with the phone. LG got it right. I was a bit worried at first because I attributed low price to low quality, but I found LG to be the exception.

Setup for this Bluetooth is a cinch. Make sure to set the Bluetooth function on your phone to discovery mode. On your headset, press and hold the power button until your Bluetooth has flashing lights. Your phone will pick it up and ask you to enter in some digits to pair the headset to the phone. For every Bluetooth that I have owned the number to pair phone with a Bluetooth headset is four 0′s, “0000″

The range is particularly great. I was in my room using this headset. I left the phone in my room and I was walking all around the living room with no static problems. However, when I did finally stepped outside my house I realized that there were some static issues, but no one is typically that far away from their cell phones, so the range would be just fine for 99% of users.

LG boasts 7 hours talk time with 170 standby battery life. I have not had the chance to test the 170 standby battery life but I have used about 5.5 hours on a continuous call and realized that I still had a ton of battery life. Let’s just say that your phone battery would run out first before your headset will.

Comfort Level. Some Bluetooth headsets are bulky and just plain annoying if it stays on your ear for an extended period of time. With LG headsets, I forget that I’m actually wearing one. I only like to wear it when I’m driving and not when I’m surrounded by random people because someone will look at me like I have some sort of problem (which has happened).

I have heard some users complain of some echo feedback. The way to prevent that from happening is to adjust the volume on the phone to avoid any feedback you may hear.
